Muswell Hill residents have been delighted to have a neighbourhood café like North & Ten, serving decent speciality coffee in an area where it has long been a rarity. North & Ten focus on espresso based drinks exclusively alongside a range of food options and other drinks such as Prana Chai and juices. They even serve a ‘dirty’ chai which has the addition of a shot of espresso.

There’s considerable outdoor seating set back from the roundabout opposite St James’ church and a fair few internal tables too. The kitchen serves a range of crepe options and hot salt beef and altogether much more on offer than more typical sandwiches pastries and cakes – look out for granola bowls, crumpets and smoked salmon. As a bonus here’s even a resident café dog – Milo – who is very welcoming to visiting dogs.
