This warm, friendly café is the smaller sibling to the popular, busy student haunt in Blenheim Terrace. The Chapel Allerton Opposites is in a much more residential area, a bit of a way from the centre of the city, but well worth the trip. In keeping with the locale, Opposites is laid back, relaxed, and welcoming. The main blend used is Square Mile, and it's well-handled.

There is a sizeable outdoor seating area, perfect for summer days, and a varied and interesting breakfast and lunch menu, with hot and cold food, salads, plenty of healthy options, and a killer chorizo and potato hash.
