PCP Sydney has been setting the standard for multi roaster cafés since 2013. All coffees here are selected on the cupping table from local and international roasters. This is a great place to explore different roasting styles and brew methods. 

The space is very industrial with lots of polished concrete and some rough edges remaining from the buildings original use. The espresso bar extends through the café and becomes seating, it is always worth sitting on the barista side to get a view of life behind the bar. On weekends the brew bar kicks into life and offers an added connection to the baristas and a range of brew methods. 

The ever changing and creative food menu here is an extra draw card along side some pretty exciting house made drinks.
