While surrounded by some of Sydney’s most prominent roasters and cafés, Shift Eatery focuses on changing peoples perceptions about what vegan food is and what it should/can be. It fulfils its role. Shift Eatery is a full vegan café unlike any other in Sydney, and the city's first vegan deli. 

A fridge packed full of vegan deliciousness greets your entrance occupied by vegan ice creams, meats, treats, and dairies, it will be hard to stick to a few items. Coffee comes from Byron Bay’s Marvell St Coffee Roasters, alternative milks are spun for white coffee and even the chocolate used is vegan (which it should be anyway). 

A range from the super healthy bowls to the hearty and fun toasties like ‘Reuben’s Brother, Steve’, and ‘No Whey Jose’, the idea is to make eating vegan tasty and accessible, doing exactly that with their extensive menu of food, drink, and level of service.
