Sourced Market have been working hard to improve their coffee offer and that is best experienced in their classy Marylebone location. Working closely with Origin Coffee Roasters on staff training and under the direction of head of coffee, Fred, they are making great strides and this café suits the Wigmore Street location to a T with its bright, classy fit out and wealth of seating upstairs and down. Coffeewise there is a Sourced house espresso from Origin and a range of guests from Barn Berlin, Colonna and others. The filter offer is rotated n a monthly / six weekly basis, in order to showcase roasters. Coffee is served with care and finesse on wooden trays with a glass of water. The retail selection of coffees from top roasters and teas from Lalani & Co alongside a range of coffee and tea related gear has to be seen to be believed.

Sourced’s food offer is wide ranging - from your Yeast brioche feuilletée in the morning to your hearty duck cassoulet salad or sandwich at lunch to a cured meat platter to accompany a glass of wine in the evening. There is a full kitchen in-house and Sourced have a long history of a Borough Market style approach to quality suppliers. Souced work with Lalani & Co and Rare Tea & Brew Tea Co for their tea & matcha range. They offer their used coffee grounds to customers to take home to put on their plants. Souced also send used coffee to bio-bean who recycle waste coffee grounds into advanced biofuel.
