This venue is a collaboration between two industry icons. No details are left unattended across all facets of the elegantly designed space, curated food menu, creative drinks list and specialty roasted beans. It's not a Mercedes site that simply uses St Ali coffee, but a true partnership where each is left to represent what they do best. And it begins with quality. These are St Ali baristas, food and wine designed and selected by the renowned chefs, cocktails by mixologists – together they’ve created a truly representative experience by working so well together. 

The venue is split across two levels, the upper being more of a takeaway cafe style setup, with lounge seats, history and merchandise on display along the walls. There is some bench seating with open, atrium-like views onto the lower restaurant style floor. Both floors have a full set up with own machines and grinders to keep flow and quality consistent, which you’ll get with the talented staff there. With a Mercedes on display and a Mercedes branded modified coffee roaster (not actually for use so much as it is for design – but great to see while you’re there) the lower floor doubles as the showroom and the whole space can be used for events.
