Stage opened in 2017 but they have hit the ground running, serving up Union with a mix of care and skill that stands out to any customer and explains how the two brothers behind the venture have established such a popular venue in so short a space of time. Upstairs has a clean, white look, while downstairs opens up into a great working space, comfortable and quiet. While the main draw here is the coffee, there is a decent food menu including brunch-y options and some serious looking cakes. 

Customers are guaranteed a warm welcome and coffee made by enthusiastic, knowledgable baristas who care about sustainability and origin as much as they do getting their latte art right. In a city with a vibrant scene, Stage have already made their mark and are well worth the visit.
