Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room
1124 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101, USA
Editor's Review
There is nothing quite like the experience of walking into Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room on lower Capitol Hill. You will find two separate coffee bars, a fully operational roasting facility that only roasts Starbucks Reserve coffees, a retail space, and the first Princi Bakery to be opened in the US.
The main coffee bar serves a more traditional menu that features seasonal coffees and drinks crafted using the Reserve coffees roasted in house. The downstairs tasting room provides table service as well as several additional brew methods to craft a coffee flight or tasting menu for those wanting a more curated experience.
No matter your feelings on big chain coffee, this is a destination spot for both tourists and coffee professionals from around the world.
