With a focus on organic, gluten free, and vegan produce, you'd be forgiven for thinking the coffee might not be that great. You'd be wrong, though. The team at The Hairy Barista are clearly serious about their coffee, too - they weigh their shots and they have a rotating guest coffee.

When you first walk in it seems a little small; there's some seating out the back though and the people of Totnes are extremely friendly so won't mind sharing their table with you.

The café is busy and popular amongst the locals and, yes, the barista is hairy.
