Introducing: Eat Out to Help Out filter

We are rolling out a new feature today that will hopefully be appreciated by coffee lovers and independent coffee business alike.

Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August the UK government will pay 50% of an eat-in food/coffee bill per-person up to £10 (at participating coffee shops and restaurants).

We matched our index of speciality coffee shops in the UK with the tens of thousands of Eat Out to Help Out registered business, and have added a filter that will guide you to the cafés taking part in the scheme.

How can I access the functionality?

Simply open the app and tap on the Filter icons on the top left corner. On the filter screen, scroll down and select the "Eat Out Help Out" button. Click "Done" and you will be able to see the list of participating cafés near you.

You can select to view it by "Map View" or "List View", clicking on its respective icons on the top right.

Note that users on the free plan will only be able to view the 25 nearest cafés, whilst premium users can view the full list (and hundreds other cafés in different cities and countries)

What is the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme?

The Eat Out to Help Out is a UK-only scheme offering 50% discount when you eat in at restaurants that are registered, up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner. Valid every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August.
