The World AeroPress Championships: Clayton Sung

Why did you choose to enter the AeroPress Championship?

Because I wanted to win the Taiwan AeroPress championship.

What’s your favourite way to make coffee (other than AeroPress of course!)?

Clever dripper

What led you to using the AeroPress?

It's a convenient, easy way to make a cup of coffee.

Which grinder will you use for the competition and why?

Kalita Nice Cut, because the coffee flavour from this grinder is clearer and more refreshing.

How did you get in to the coffee industry?

Initially, I accompanied someone who enjoyed consuming coffee, but now it is me who really enjoys making coffee.

What are you most excited about in coffee?

To make a perfect coffee with AeroPress.
