The World AeroPress Championships: João Vitor Ribeiro

Why did you choose to enter the AeroPress Championship? 

To practise my skills and meet people.

What’s your favourite way to make coffee (other than AeroPress of course!)? 

I think it is with the Kalita wave.

What led you to using the AeroPress? 

Practicality and versatility.

Which grinder will you use for the competition and why? 

Bravo Mini, its a Brazilian grinder, with very good consistency.

How did you get in to the coffee industry?

In 2014 I started to drink speciality coffee, and then started to study it.

What are you most excited about in coffee?  

Every cup is a surprise, and there is a lot of people that make the coffee chain better.
