North West of Boston, over the Charles River lies Cambridge MA.  Famously home to Harvard University, but more recently home to some great specialty coffee shops.  Here's our pick of where's visiting.

To the North West of Boston, in the space not filled by Cambridge, you'll find Somerville.  One more the more densely populated cities in New England, Somerville is also a culinary destination for the greater Boston area and now home to some exceptional coffee.

Visitors to Boston have a great coffee scene to look forward to.  Downtown/central Boston is easily walkable and there are enough quality coffee stops to keep you going.  There's a pedigree of good coffee here, but there aren't so many destination spots as to overwhelm you.
