Colonna Bartender Series - Coffee Pods

Colonna believes, “Exceptional drinks need exceptional ingredients” and that’s what they have achieved in their “Bartender Series”. This collaboration came about through Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood and Tristan Stephenson, both experts in their respected fields. Tristan has co-founded six award winning bars and restaurants in London and Cornwall and sold over a quarter of a million books.

Colonna Bartender Series

The Bartender Series was created for bars and restaurants to use in their cocktails (but also for the punter at home). There are so many benefits, firstly it removes the need to have an espresso machine which saves a lot of money and bar space. Secondly, it is a very simple process as the coffee pods are compatible with Nespresso machines which are fast and consistent. However, these coffee capsules are also all very tasty as a straight coffee.


Fruit - Ethiopian

A naturally processed Ethiopian from the Rocko Mountains in the Gedeo Zone. At this farm they hand pick the beans which are then left to dry with their cherries still intact. This leads to the “bold fruit flavours and complex aromatics.” With some really big taste notes of strawberry, peach and blueberry, this is a wonderful example of how coffee can be complex and exciting. It will make you smile. Colonna recommends using this in an espresso martini.
