Notes have chosen a coffee that enCAPsulates a traditional Christmassy coffee, see what I did there? They have chosen a washed Bolivian coffee that has a lot going for it. It has acidity and sweetness as well as a strong body. This coffee pod will hold its flavour through milk and sugar that might well be added by your family members or friends over the festive season who are not so into specialist coffee!! This coffee capsule reminds me of the caramel chocolate flavours from a mars bar and some hazelnut.
